The founding team at Hi-Per faced the same challenges you do. As the marketing leaders of a large coffeehouse chain, we achieved a significant turnaround of declining sales and customer counts in less than six months by gaining control of our entire social/mobile footprint, and activating it to launch hyperlocal marketing campaigns optimized for each location. The change in approach was successful but too expensive. So we turned to technology to drive efficiencies, lower the cost and improve results. It is through those efforts that Hi-Per was born. The name speaks to the results: we drive Hi-Performance customer and sales growth, at a price that nearly any multi-unit organization can afford.

Laura Radewald   CEO & Founder   Laura has more than 25 years of experience in branding, marketing and social media across multiple industries. She has held leadership positions with General Mills, American Express, Deluxe Corp (Small Business Services), and was most recently, the CMO of Dunn Brothers Coffee Franchising. Melissa Telsrow   COO & Co-Founder   Melissa has been in the marketing trenches of the franchise industry for 15 years and has a passion for helping small business owners – especially when she can save them time or money with technology-driven solutions. As the Executive Director of Marketing at Dunn Brothers Coffee she helped to launch a mobile loyalty and ordering app that leapfrogged the competition and positioned Dunn Brothers as a leader in the industry. Melissa works directly with brands to craft marketing strategies unique to their local markets that drive significant improvements in sales, customer counts and customer engagement.
